Following the recent appointment of Tim James as Investment Director, Kajima have further expanded on their London-based team with two new hires, Tamsin Triall and Jessica Leigh. Tamsin Triall has joined the team as Regeneration Director with a predominant focus on growing Kajima’s regeneration business by leading local authority partnership strategies, town centre regeneration and delivery of housing.
Tamsin joins the team with a solid portfolio in both public and private regeneration projects. Previously based at Berkeley Homes, Tamsin managed the delivery of two mixed-use schemes in the Royal Borough of Greenwich; Kidbrooke Village and Plumstead West Thamesmead.
Jessica Leigh has joined the Workplace team as Asset Manager for the Central London office portfolio, focusing on Kajima’s existing assets, as well as growing business exposure within the workspace sector. Jessica, a qualified Chartered Surveyor, joins the team with a wealth of experience from Deloitte Real Estate and more recently the City of London Corporation, where she managed a portfolio of assets within the Bridge House Estates Property Fund.
