Our exemplary project monitoring service has been recognised at industry award initiatives for its dedication to fostering positive relationships between the public and private sectors. The effectiveness of our service is owed to the collaboration of all stakeholders involved, and our team works hard to encourage transparency and working together, whilst carrying out contractual and statutory monitoring of the assets and FM providers undertaking the services.

Our dedicated Lifecycle and Handback Manager is in place to navigate and overcome the challenges of the handback process across our PFI/PPP portfolio. Working alongside all project stakeholders, they review asset conditions and contractual requirements, generating a ‘road to handback’ maintenance plan and are responsible for managing stakeholder relations throughout the process. Our Handback Manager ensures a seamless and effective transfer of staff and services, that meet, if not exceed the required standards, back to our public sector partners - enabling a continued, often vital service, to the asset’s end users.

We believe in adding value to our communities and as such invest heavily, both financially and resource-wise, in delivering community initiatives across our project portfolio. From building a sensory garden to assisting in the set-up of a community fridge, investing in a social housing welfare fund and sponsoring the annual Summer Reading Challenge, our team are regularly recognised for their successful partnership working and positive impact on the local communities in which we operate.
