Delivering management services to our projects in genuine partnership to ensure impactful social value
Our in-house Asset Management teams deliver industry-leading management services across our entire investment portfolio, managing risks effectively and maximising investment returns. The teams have developed unrivalled systems, processes and expertise to deliver company secretarial, financial, operational and asset management of property assets, including logistics, workspace and residential assets, as well as the full range of PPP assets, including PFI, PF2, NPD and MIM. In addition to the above, Pario Group, a wholly owned subsidiary of Kajima Partnerships, is uniquely placed to deliver independent management services to third-party-owned assets across the PPP industry in the UK and Ireland, as well as developing significant and specialist expertise in compliance solutions and the management of assets in the renewables sector.
Get in touchOur subsidiary, Pario Compliance, is leading the way in the development of robust and resilient PPP compliance monitoring solutions which support both our investment portfolios and those of various third-party investors across the UK and Ireland. Through the extensive digitalisation of both new and existing processes, the compliance team has created a state-of-the-art solution which delivers a transparent and auditable record of compliance with all relevant regulatory, legislative and contract requirements. Experts within the team can supplement these processes with detailed and bespoke compliance assurance surveys.
Our dedicated Lifecycle and Handback Manager is in place to navigate and overcome the challenges of the handback process across our PFI/PPP portfolio. Working alongside all project stakeholders, they review asset conditions and contractual requirements, generating a ‘road to handback’ maintenance plan and are responsible for managing stakeholder relations throughout the process. Our Handback Manager ensures a seamless and effective transfer of staff and services, that meet, if not exceed the required standards, back to our public sector partners - enabling a continued, often vital service, to the asset’s end users.
We believe in adding value to our communities and as such invest heavily, both financially and resource-wise, in delivering community initiatives across our project portfolio. From building a sensory garden to assisting in the set-up of a community fridge, investing in a social housing welfare fund and sponsoring the annual Summer Reading Challenge, our team are regularly recognised for their successful partnership working and positive impact on the local communities in which we operate.
