Student Depot, Poland

The Student Depot network currently consists of seven high-quality dormitories in Poland’s key University cities including; Krakow, Gdansk, Lublin, Lodz, Warsaw, Poznan and Wroclaw. The sites form the largest network of student accommodation in Poland with plans for three further sites to be added by 2025.

Each of the dorms provides a choice of individual and shared bedrooms, high-standard kitchen and bathroom facilities and communal areas, some with gyms, games rooms and entertainment space, which foster a vibrant and friendly campus atmosphere, where lifelong friendships, as well as learning, is nurtured. The key to Student Depot’s operational success lies in the on-site teams who are there 24/7, to deal with any maintenance and security issues, and to coordinate communal events and activities.

498-bed Student Depot Poznań was the first dormitory in the Student Depot portfolio. It is located in the center of the city, within the vicinity of Cytadela Park and the Old Town. The location allows for quick, direct access to the most important universities in Poznań as well as relaxation among 250 acres of the park’s greenery. Before Polonez Academic Center was established, the building was used as a famous hotel, extremely popular among the city’s artists and journalists. To this day, the vibe of this iconic building is still here to experience, for students from all over the world.

The latest dorm to be added to the network is in Krakow. The 795-bed building, situated just 1.5km from the historic centre of Kraków, provides class-leading studio and shared rooms plus study e and quiet co-working spaces, common kitchens, a gym, and a movie zone. The building also benefits from a 120 sqm west-facing terrace overlooking the historic centre of the city. Each room is equipped with smart energy saving software with electricity in the building sourced from a 100% renewable energy provider. The building was fully let upon completion, demonstrating the depth of demand for quality private dormitories in Poland.

Student Depot has been recognised in the Value for Money and Student Community categories at the 2022 European Global Student Living awards and shortlisted in the 2022 Student Accommodation awards, in the International Operator of the Year category.
