The Student Depot team won 'Best International Operator' at the Student Accommodation Awards, recognising the brand's network of operational student housing developments in Poland. In October 2022, construction was completed on the 795-bed Student Depot dormitory in Kraków. The 11-storey, 25,000 sqm building took just 17 months to construct, making it one of the fastest large-scale residential developments, including fit-out, completed in Poland.
77 Coleman Street is an 83,000 sq ft office-led development designed by architecture firm Buckley Gray Yeoman. Previously seen as a dated 1980s office, the extensive transformation has established a new presence on Coleman Street. The development has created 16,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space and is home to tenants including Clays, Amundi, Loomis, Sayles & Company, Cleveland Clinic London and Dartbrooke Coffee.
