The first site in Kajima’s portfolio located in Milan, Italy. The proposed development will be based in Ospedalletto Lodigiano, 30 minutes from Milan City Centre and will create 15,000 sqm of Grade A logistics space. As part of Kajima’s ESG strategy, the development will be constructed to BREEAM ‘Very Good’ standard, guaranteeing high sustainability throughout the complex.

The development has been acquired as part of a longstanding joint partnership with Panattoni and follows Kajima’s plan for expansion across Europe, with the Italian market offering capital growth driven by the under supply and high demand for Grade A logistics warehouses.
