On Poland’s Baltic coast, Gdańsk has a colourful past as a medieval trading post – and retains its international flavour to this day, with three universities drawing over 50,000 students from around Poland and across the world.

The magic of student life lies in unexpected connections and chance conversations. But accommodation in Gdańsk is in high demand, and those who don’t get a spot in their university’s dorms must often resort to private flats scattered around the city.

Student Depot is a new community for over 350 students that combines communal spaces with quiet study rooms and co-working areas. Setting a new benchmark for student life in Gdańsk, the building comprises largely studio bedrooms, each with a private kitchenette and bathroom. The homes are a short walk from the University of Gdańsk and an eight-minute cycle to the beach.

We’re changing what it means to study in Poland: Student Depot is the largest network of private dormitories in the country, offering 2,500 places for students across locations in Warsaw, Poznań, Lublin, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk. Each fosters its own vibrant and friendly campus atmosphere, where lifelong friendships as well as learning can begin.
