Bicester Community Hospital

With a predominant focus on providing highly functional and sustainable hospital facilities for NHS Oxfordshire. Kajima, in partnership with NHS Property Services and the PCTS developed a unique, cost-effective design consisting of an ambulance base, first-aid unit, twelve in-patient beds in eight ensuite rooms with direct access to a private therapy garden, imaging and physiotherapy suites as well as offices and community base.

The facility was completed in August 2014 and opened in December 2014, the hospital was built by Balfour Beatty Construction and maintained by FES FM, with Kajima retaining 100% of the investment interest.
