The partial refurbishment and extension of 16 Berners Street will transform three conjoined and dated office buildings into modern, best-in-class workspaces. ESG-driven design and development will be incorporated at every stage.

The ambitious project will seamlessly reconfigure the building's internal planning with one efficient core, improve the façade, and introduce new internal and external spaces.

Maximising re-use of the existing frame and floors to reduce the embodied carbon, the new build extension will utilise circular economy principles and incorporate reclaimed steel.

The transformation will extend the 28,600 sq ft building to 35,500 sq ft, featuring high-quality, sustainable workspaces with outdoor terraces.
