Stockley Park

Stockley Park has pathed its way as being one of the most successful and premier business parks in the UK. The development spans across 1.4 million ft² and offers modern office space, natural green areas, community events and a strong focus on sustainability.

Kajima are currently the largest shareholders in the Stockley Park Consortium and have worked alongside some of the world’s best architecture practices, including Eric Parry, Foster + Partners, and Skidmore Owings and Merril, the development has attracted some leading companies, such as Apple, Canon and Marks & Spencer.

Phase one and two of the project was completed by 1999, with Kajima securing planning consent for the final stage of the project in 2011, which compromised of 750,000 ft² of office, datacentre, hotel and amenity uses on a 30-are mature landscaped site. Once completed, the site was sold to Prologis in 2013.
