Warehouse K

Warehouse K, a former Grade II tobacco warehouse, based in London’s Dockland has been revamped to provide office, restaurant and retail space across a 1.84-acre site. The development is located in an area of major regeneration, in between Canary Wharf and London City Airport, and boasts strong travel links to Liverpool Street and the new Elizabeth line.

Kajima acting as investors for the £45 million development, have multi-let the warehouse, with half the income being derived from Secretary of State for Housing Communities and Local Government on a lease until 2034.
